RoCHe Wills & Trusts, founded by Natascha Maenhaut, is focused on delivering an Estate Planning service that protects assets for future generations. We've supported many families across the South of England with their estate planning.
Our goal is to ensure that you are utterly satisfied with our service! How do we achieve this? Simply by recognising that each of our clients has their own, unique set of circumstances and designing their estate planning to meet their specific requirements.
We work at your pace and ensure that you are able to make an informed decision about the options open to you. Wherever possible, we do so in the comfort of your own home.
Working in association with Countrywide Tax & Trust, our estate planning documents adhere to the S.T.E,P. Will Writing Code, giving you peace of mind that we are doing the best possible job in helping you plan for the future.
Our Process
Our process includes a no obligation consultation, where we take the time to understand your wishes and address any questions you might have.
Following this, a report is prepared, outlining the options available to you, based on your particular circumstances. These options are explained to you and you'll have an opportunity to ask as many questions as you need, to ensure you're in a position to make an informed decision.
Once you have selected the planning that is right choice for your family, we proceed to taking instruction and commence drafting of your documents.
We then guide you through the final stage, the signing of the documents.
